How long we keep personal data
Roots Network does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. Personal data provided for requesting a quote will be deleted as soon as the feedback quote is declined by the customer. Personal data of customers who agree are remembered for personal contact during the purchase of our services. When customers have not had contact with Roots Network for more than two years, this personal data will be deleted (except data necessary for tax).
Sharing personal data with third parties
Roots Network does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.
